The Problem We're Facing Right now, when we filter our feedback, the only date we can use is when the feedback was first submitted. This is a bit of a pain because it makes it hard to see what's actually happening right now. For example, if a team member just recently completed a bunch of old requests, you can't easily filter for all the items that were marked "Completed" in the last week. This means we often have to do manual checks to see what the team has been up to, which isn't ideal. The Solution: A New Date Filter Please add a new filter that lets us search for feedback based on the date of its last status change. This would give us two options when we're filtering: -Option 1: Filter by the original "Feedback Date" (this is how it works today). -Option 2: Filter by the "Last Status Change Date" which would include results that were changed. This way, we can see the recent activity without being bogged down by old submission dates. This also makes the Status filter more effective. How This Helps Our Team For a Technical Writing Manager: I'd love to quickly filter for all the feedback items my team moved to "In Progress" in the last week. It would be a great way to monitor their workload. For a Writer: It would be super helpful to find all the feedback that was marked "Completed" in the last month, so I can follow up with those customers and let them know their issue is resolved. What We'd like Doc360 to Build The filter section needs a new way to choose between "Feedback Date" and "Last Status Change Date." When someone uses the new filter, it should show feedback items whose status was last changed within that selected date range, no matter when they were originally submitted. This new filter should work with all our existing date range presets, like "Last 7 Days" and "Last 30 Days." The default setting should still be to filter by the original "Feedback Date" so you don't disrupt anyone's current workflow. The system should still be fast, even with a ton of feedback items. You should also show the "Last Status Change Date" right on the feedback item's details page.
