Feature Request

Current experience is that the analytics have to be looked up in a different place than where it is created. I'm imagining a scenario where historical data about the article is available in the article view on the portal. How many likes, how many views, comment and feedback history, from where they got into the article, etc... all visible when I'm working on the article and thus in my flow of work.

Here's the detailed review of how feedback from internal reviewers can be tracked within the Document360 internal portal, and here are our findings: • Document360 currently does not provide any centralised or dedicated feature to view or track reviewer feedback within the internal portal. • The Feedback Manager and Analytics tabs capture only external portal feedback, not reviewer comments. • Reviewer comments added during the review workflow are article-specific and not aggregated or reportable across the portal. Tracking them requires manually checking each page. Given this, we’d like to request a feature enhancement that enables centralised tracking or reporting of reviewer feedback within the internal portal.
