When we set up a new client for Self-Registration, invariably when the client tries to self-register, they do not receive the Activation Emails because it gets flagged as spam (even though we configure in DOC360 our company email address in the From Email field). Usually, the client has to contact their IT Department to put our DOC360 From Email address on their white list which can take days or weeks to accomplish. In the meantime, our new clients cannot access the online documentation. Would be great if I could get a copy of those activation emails as they occur, so I can in the interim forward the emails to the clients where their IT is blocking the Activation Emails.
