Feature Request

When creating an article in English and adding tags, it would be helpful if the same tags would be automatically appearing in all translations of the same article as well, given that the point of the languages is that it's the same content but in a different language. Of course still giving the possibility to edit the tags if these need to be removed/added. Currently I need to add the same tags manually and repeatingly for all 11 languages we have in the list. It would be less time consuming to have this feature available. Thanks!

In a multi lingual knowledge base with more 5+ languages, for a homepage setup there is a requirement to have to rework on all the homepages multipe times to convert them to language specific content. A better way to optimally manage these would save a lot of time for end users. Perhaps an option to directly translate homepage in respective languages.

Currently, when importing Word documents or creating articles in one language, the system automatically generates corresponding articles in all other languages. This also results in duplicate articles when pre-translated content is uploaded. To streamline the process and reduce manual rework, it would be beneficial to implement an option to either: Prevent automatic creation of articles in multiple languages, or Eliminate the dependency among articles in different languages. This would help in managing translated content more effectively and avoid unnecessary duplication.

Some customers prefers using external 3rd party vendor to process all sorts of translation. The expectation is to export the entire Documentation as a XLIFF files to levergage translation and import them back into the project.

If an article is translated to destination language and a month later the source article contents is changed or content added, then untranslated new content parts should be flagged. Otherwise translators are not able to find and translate the specific added/modified contents.

Currently, the AI translator from Doc360 can only translate from English to other languages, but not vice versa. It would be very handy if it would be reversible (i.e. from German / other languages to English).

Please can you initiate translation for the home page content

We want to use our own translation service with all the extended features

When an markdown article has been translated it results in a WYSIWYG article. Support says it's by design. Please groom this feature because now we have to copy it ourselfs in an new markdown article.
