Feature Request

When a reader submits an initial acknowledgement on a read-receipt-enabled article, there is currently no way for admins or article owners to be notified as it happens. Enhancement: Add an optional notification (email, webhook, or in-app) triggered when a reader acknowledges an article, configurable per article or category, similar to the existing credit-usage alert framework. Benefit: Teams responsible for compliance or onboarding tracking could monitor acknowledgement completion in real time rather than manually checking the Analytics section.

We would like to be able to turn on automatic Read Receipt requirement for all articles, but we do not want current users to have to acknowledge every article. This would also be a burden for new readers who enter our system. We would like a way to reset or remove the read receipt requirement somehow to avoid this issue.

When a new/updated article is published, it should appear as a mandatory pop-up when users log into the documentation. They should only be able to proceed after acknowledging the update. Tracking at an individual agent level with timestamps is required.

We require a few changes to read receipts. If a snippet is updated then any document that contains that snippet should have it's read receipt reset. All of our documents are created with multiple snippets, currently if I make a change to a snippet I then have to go into every single associated document edit it and add a space and remove it and save again to reset the read receipt. If an article had read receipt enabled the article should be obscured until the technician checks the box. The wording on the popup that a technician receives on a read receipt enabled document should be editable by the document/project creator.
