This request is created on behalf of Douglas Currently, when we use words such as 'reinstatement', 'qui', the results are in different languages. It would be great if Eddy shows the results in the respective language. Thank you.

Eddy (assistive search and other AI features) to support Czech customers in the Czech Republic.

Creating this on behalf of one of our customers: Having more than one workspace and when ask eddy is enabled, the customer should get an option to set generate answers from specific workspace(s) or generate answers from all workspaces.

A test environment where you can see what Eddy would respond to specific questions without using up credits. For those using the widget, this could be implemented as a separate widget specifically designed for testing purposes.

At the moment, the feature once toggled on, is visible to the whole user base. From an end user perspective you are bound to try something new in the UI, which results in a credit. We have customers who have reported the same, they would like maybe an internal testing side of Ask Eddy before they go live with their entire documentation.

Ability to train the AI with System instructions. Use case: Sometimes the docs contain sensitive information or intellectual property. There should be a way to prevent the revelation of this information accidentally.

Need an option to exclude articles from Eddy indexing. Example: "How do I terminate a project" (users need not find answers easily from Ask Eddy), and due to privacy, a few articles need not be indexed in Ask Eddy.

We need to enable the Document360 chatbot in the portal. Currently, multiple widgets cannot be in the same URL, since the chatbot is treated as a widget and there is already a help widget in the top bar, we need to implement this.

Pain Point: The knowledge base can become cluttered with duplicate content spread across multiple articles, making it harder for users to find accurate and streamlined information. Suggested Feature: An AI tool that scans the entire knowledge base for repeated content chunks across articles and suggests areas for consolidation or elimination. This would enable optimized content management, reducing redundancy and improving the user experience.

Currently, the FAQs can be generated using Eddy within an article from the content within that article. It will be helpful, if we have an option to select multiple articles and generate FAQ from them and create it as a separate article. Use case: For example, if there are separate categories for different products/features and if an FAQ page has to be added based on the articles within the category, this option will be helpful.
