Copy Team Group Permissions Add the ability to copy an existing Team group along with all its permissions to create a new group quickly. Copy Reader Group Permissions Similar to the above, add an option to copy an existing Reader group and its permissions to create a new Reader group. Restore Groups from Backup When encountering issues with SSO or group permissions, it would be helpful to restore a group or its permissions directly from Portal > Backup & Restore. Currently, this is not available. Undo Deny Access / Permission Changes “Deny access” actions on a category cannot be undone, requiring re-creation of the group. It would be beneficial to have an option to undo “deny access” or, alternatively, copy permissions to a new group to save time. Centralized Feedback Dashboard Eddy AI feedback assignments do not appear on the user dashboard like article feedback assignments. It would be more intuitive if all feedback assignments could be accessed from a single page.

When you give specific users access to your articles (not on a category level but on an article level), it'd be useful if we can see a list of all articles and their respective users with access

When we try to update the content role for the team account, we see a blank UI page for the content role section. Here is a screenshot for reference:

Would like to have the ability for Reviewers to view a list of articles that need reviewing and filter the list for articles assigned to them as well as Categories and Tags. Having this functionality would help improve our Review workflow. The Bulk Operations permissions allows reviewers to see all articles that Need Review but it also allows them to delete articles which is NOT wat we want.

Allow users to comment on hidden articles without the ability to publish or edit published content. Use case: I want my product managers to be able to see hidden content/ drafts but be able to comment on them. I don’t want them to be able to edit the actual articles that are published on the portal (but give us reference/ comment/ notify) on top of them. So that only the technical writers will be the ones to do the actual changes (and not the PMs).

This banner is obtrusive and cannot be closed. I don't think it's necessary to remind users at all times that their access is limited; in fact, I think the constant reminder can actually create resentment among these users.

Displaying a message such as "Do you want to remove permissions from the articles?" when restricting access to the parent category would be beneficial. This message would prompt users to consider whether they also want to remove permissions from associated articles.

Please add the ability to set authors and editing permissions at the category level and have it apply to all articles and sub-categories. This is critical for efficient knowledge management since it allows people to own updates to their respective areas of expertise but prevents them from changing others.

Owners of a site cannot delete discussions by other users. They can only delete discussions that they have entered. Site Owners should be allowed to remove ALL Discussions from articles.

I want to create in my KB a review process so that every change to the content is reviewed before being published. This needs to be done automatically, and work also for editors. I want also editors content to be reviewed before it is published. The idea is that no content can be published, by anyone, without at least one more person reviewing it.
