Hello, we would like the option to require comments for a downvote, both in the KB Website and the KB Widget. It's impossible to know why a carefully-written article is "bad" without comments.

While I think requiring a comment to downvote is excellent, please do NOT require an email; leave it as optional. Requiring an email could violate GDPR and we could lose valuable comments from people who are reluctant to share their email as a requirement.

+1 and requiring an email at least to be able to reach out to the person and find out what's the issue. Pretty basic stuff.
