This request was created on behalf of Robert Workspot would like some new and updated articles to be announced on our Slack channel for the below cases: New articles: Trigger notificaiton for public articles when title, link, and summary are updated. Updated articles: As above, but marked as updated rather than new. Articles that are updated multiple times within the same time period should be mentioned only once. A daily/weekly summary of all such articles is probably better than a stream of individual posts. The "Recently Modified Articles" and "Recently Created Articles" widgets in the home page are the right articles. We would like them to be mentioned in the Slack channel. Thank you.

I would like to have the ability to connect multiple salesforce connection within a single project as I have different organizations within salesforce.

Detailed GitHub sync error reporting: Customer needs detailed error messages to be added in the extensions page (GitHub popup) when the system fails to sync files. Support relative image paths for local markdown preview: Update image path rendering to enable local preview support in markdown editors, allowing images to display correctly during offline or local editing. Support for syncing GitHub repos to multiple workspaces: Customer would like to enable seamless synchronization of GitHub repositories across multiple workspaces, allowing teams to manage and access shared code efficiently within different project environments.

For the Teams integration with Document360, we use the Bot Connector approach to facilitate communication with Teams. Currently, this method does not support enforcing conditional access policies that restrict bot traffic to corporate devices or specific IP ranges. While such conditional access controls are available for the knowledge base site, they are not yet implemented for the Teams integration. One of our customers has requested the ability to apply conditional access policies for the Teams bot connector as well. This would allow them to control and limit which users can access the Teams application integration.

Currently, we're only able to create GitHub synced folders at the root level. It would be very helpful if we could create them nested under other folders as well.

This request was created on behalf of Hannah We are using crowdin for translation and we have replaced the images in other language before moving the translated contents to Document360. When we moved the translated content from Crowdin to Document360, the images are also overwritten. It would be great if the images aren't replaced while moving the content from Crowdin so that we don't have to replace the images again. Thank you.

As a CSM, creating this feature request on behalf of a customer: Support integration with Salesforce Unified Knowledge (zoomin), enabling Document360 articles to be accessible for training Salesforce Agentforce chatbot. This would allow teams using Salesforce for support to leverage Document360 content within the chatbot experience, addressing a key limitation for customers who prefer D360’s knowledge base but rely on Salesforce’s support ecosystem.

This request was created on behalf of Anna At this time, once the Zendesk Federated Search is setup, when we make changes to the external sources in the Zendesk account, the resync isn't happening automatically. We have to remove and setup the Zendesk Federated Search to make sure that the contents are re-synced. It would be better if we have an option to perform the re-sync in Document360 without removing the existing setup. Thank you

I could see the Doc360 integration in Slack being really useful, but it needs to show more information to help with identifying and distinguishing articles. Showing more of the article title, or the full title, would be really helpful. A bigger preview of the article would also help.
