Downloading the list of articles in a CSV file, it would be very helpful to have some indication of what folder(s) the articles are in. It is difficult to tell only from the article title if this is an article my group can review or an article that belongs to some other group. And so I have to look up the article's titles to see where it is found. A bit of information about the location of the article would be a time saver.

When I export the All articles report, I want it to include the same fields displayed on the page. The CSV does not include Tags.

We have encouraged our internal teams to use the Document360 Slack app to reduce context switching. However, we’ve discovered that searches performed via the /doc360 command are not captured in our Search Analytics dashboard. I would like to request that searches made through the Slack integration be tracked and aggregated within the Document360 Analytics platform, just like portal-based searches. Value to our Team: Accurate Content Gap Analysis: We need to see "Search terms with no results" from Slack to know what documentation is missing. User Intent Tracking: Understanding what our internal team is searching for helps us prioritize updates. Unified Reporting: Having a single source of truth for all search data (Portal + Slack) is essential for measuring the ROI of our documentation.

As part of Reader Analytics, it would be good to capture the readers who have opted to follow the categories/articles. This allows the team account users to track the number of readers who've opted for the subscribe option.

Document360 already has a reader group creation feature. However, in order to track performance on articles, it would be beneficial to have the ability to break down an Analytic report by reader group, if needed. Rather than clicking and clicking just to find a name pertaining to X reader group. It would not only be more time efficient to gather these reports, but also a lot more organized of an approach.

I would like to see "wasted effort" to identify which articles have no views or very few views.

Request the ability to see how many readers (and which readers) are following an article

Please add Followers visibility to All Articles. It is quite cumbersome to only be able to view these analytics from an individual article displayed in the Editor.

Analytics - Last Viewed Date Discrepancy One of our premium customers (CPCMG) has reported a mismatch in the last viewed date between the article and the readers' section of the same article. In our One stop article, on the article analytics page, Baskaran's account shows the last view as October 31st for this article. However, on the reader analytics page, the same account shows the last view as October 30th for the same article.

Reader views, reads and time spent do not reflect accurately. For e.g., using a reader account to test, I spent 30 min on an article, but the time was not reflected; in fact, number of reads/views counter also did not increase.
