Feature Request

Currently, filtering by articles "published" in the last 30 days includes both new published articles and updated articles. We would like the ability to view a list of articles that have been published for the very first time in the last 30 days. We are not interested in articles which have been updated. We aren't interested in articles which have been created but not published, as with the current "New" article status.

Currently Analytics will show you the things you have linked 'to' in an article. It does not show you what, or how many 'other' articles are pointing 'to the article you are working on'. If you want to delete the article you are working on, and it has links pointing to it from 10 other articles, then you will get 10 broken links and a bad user experience.

I'd like to see where the readers of an article are from. Up to know, I can only see what the readers from a specific country are reading.

This request was created on behalf of Noah The working links in the articles are shown as broken/ unknown under link analytics. If the links takes takes more time to respond they are being marked as broken/unknown, however, it should show the correct status of the links. Thank you.

As part of Reader Analytics, it would be good to capture the readers who have opted to follow the categories/articles. This allows the team account users to track the number of readers who've opted for the subscribe option.

Customer requested a feature related to the Top Articles section in Article Analytics. Currently, when a user clicks on an article in the chart, it shows details like contributors, readers, top searches, and keywords. However, it does not display the category the article belongs to. The customer uses state names (e.g., Florida, Michigan) as category names, and within each state, there can be articles with the same name. For example: Category: Florida, Article: Taxes Category: Michigan, Article: Taxes Additionally, there's currently no way to filter by category in this view. Since the chart only shows the article name, it's difficult for the customer to identify which article the data refers to. They've requested that the category be included in the article analytics details view, to help distinguish between articles with the same name.

We need to maintain the count of comments provided within the Organization for teams' progress and productivity. Based on the workflow we set, the comment counts provided on each phase (Peer Review/Technical Review) need to be separately managed. Can we have a separate Analytics for the same?

D360 - Export All Articles function: It is noted that when we export the All Articles into an Excel sheet, it only picks up on the Article title and the Category title (the immediate level before the Article). If the Article is at level 6, only the title of level 5 is captured in the Excel. Customer's Requirements: Additional columns for Level 1, 2, 3, and 4. Additional column for Contributor, this would be a text input in the Article. Automated Export All articles, i.e. a Live Excel sheet readily available, without having to manually export the Excel.
