Dear Software Development Team, I recently had a meeting with Hani and tested the 'Ask Eddy' feature on your site. I wanted to share my feedback for your reference and consideration, for your development team. We are enthusiastic about the AI search tool's potential but feel the need for more specific coaching options for our staff's responses. Currently, the feedback system, limited to thumbs up or down, does not meet our requirements. At our firm, the content on our Knowledge Base falls into three distinct categories: Standards: This category includes mandated elements such as naming conventions or specific display requirements for drawings. Guidelines and Best Practices: Articles falling under this category provide subjective information meant to offer general guidelines, not strict rules. Contextual Information: This category pertains to information that changes based on project type, such as differing workflows for airport models and large commercial tower buildings. We need the ability to teach Eddy to distinguish between these categories and interpret the articles accordingly. To address this, I urge the development of a dashboard where we can clearly view the questions asked of Eddy along with the specific responses provided to readers. Moreover, we require a feature enabling us to give precise instructions on refining Eddy's replies based on the content categories. Having access to all responses given will not only assist us in refining Eddy's answers but will also help fine-tune the articles Eddy references for step-by-step guidance. Thank you for considering these suggestions. I believe these enhancements will significantly improve the functionality of the AI search tool in our context. Best regards, Michelle
