Feature Request

I use the "compare with" feature often because I'm trying to see what content was newly added and published by other users. So my workflow is this: I open up "Version History". This opens up the most recently published, newest version of the article (V2). I want to compare the newest version, V2, to the older version, V1, because I want to see what was added to the new article. I press "Compare with" and then "V1". Doc360 shows me content that was added and removed. But I have to double-take, because it's currently set to highlight the new V2 text as "removed" text, which doesn't make sense. It's backwards to what I would anticipate as an end-user, especially considering the above workflow. If I'm starting in v2 of the article, and comparing to an older version, then I would think added content (from v1 to v2) would show as added. You can see the issue in the attached screenshots. V1 has one sentence, and v2 has two sentences, the second one having been added to the newly published version. But when comparing V2 to V1, the added line is listed as having been removed from the article as if I had been viewing v1 to begin with and wanted to compare it to v2. We request an on-demand CSV export for all articles, with an option to filter the export by category. The CSV should include: Whether each article has been approved(Review completed) The date of the most recent approval (Date of the recent workflow status change) The user who reviewed/approved the article ( Reviewer details ) The primary requirement is to provide a clear audit trail of which articles have been approved, when they were last approved, and who approved them, for compliance and audit purposes. We follow an 11–12 month review and sign-off cycle for existing published articles. Thank you.

We have a large number of replicated articles across different categories, and we would like to retrieve the list of articles under each category from the All Articles feature. Currently, there is no option to view replicated articles in the All Articles feature. It would be helpful if replicated articles could also be displayed there. Thank you.

Currently, when internal article links (relative URLs) are clicked from within the Document360 portal, the system redirects the user to the project dashboard instead of navigating to the corresponding article. This occurs because the portal uses a different routing structure that expects specific identifiers such as the project ID, category ID, and article ID in the URL. As a result, relative article URLs cannot be resolved correctly within the portal environment. However, the same relative URLs work as expected when accessed from the Knowledge Base site, where they successfully navigate to the intended article. For documentation teams who frequently work within the Document360 portal to review content, validate internal links, and test navigation between articles, it would be helpful if internal article links could resolve correctly within the portal as well.

An Article's New and Updated status\dates should be tracked separately. If an article was created within the past 7 days and also edited within that same period, the article should be included in both New\Updated filters, not just the Updated filter. See attached - this only shows up as an Updated Article.

When I filter by draft articles, there is no "Unpublish" button. However, draft articles with an older published version should also be in scope for unpublishing, just like regular "published" articles without a draft version.

As a user I can have multiple articles in multiple categories or subcategories. I would like to have the option to clone one article in multiple category/subcategories. I should also have the option to clone multiple articles (bulk) to category/subcategory without the need of manually doing it one by one. Time saving and better user experience! Screnshots for the current state attached.

Customer would like the ability to generate a consolidated list of replicated articles across workspaces, including the source article and the workspace(s) where it has been replicated. Ideally, this should be available as a CSV export or similar report for easier content management.

The confirmation modal "URL change confirmation" wording is too confusing. Current wording: URL change confimation Are you sure you want to update the slug of the published article? ☑ Set a redirect rule for the updated slug To avoid setting a redirect rule after changing the slug, deselect the checkbox located above. Cancel | Update URL ---- Suggested wording: Change article URL? You’re changing the web address of this published article. ☑ Redirect the old URL to the new URL Keep this selected so existing links continue to work. If you clear it, links to the old URL may stop working. Cancel | Update URL

When testing internal links in the editor, users currently cannot preview links that point to unpublished (draft) destination articles by clicking Preview, and then the link returns a 404. Authors need the ability to navigate between draft articles during the editing workflow to validate link structure and content flow before publication. This would allow content teams to test entire unpublished article hierarchies without having to publish articles prematurely.
