When our users search for something, they find a "Decision trees" tab with zero results and this graphic that doesn't match out branding. Our users don't need to know that we haven't created any decision trees yet. Could we please hide this tab when the knowledge base has no active decision trees?

When search finds the keyword(s) in an accordion, the accordion should be open by default when user goes to that article.

Could you make the terms from the Glossary appear in the search results? Often people search for the meaning of abbreviations using the search bar so it would be useful if the term from the Glossary appeared in the search results.

Enable the option to have the replicated version of articles also appear in the search. It is important in our system that articles appear in several categories but also appear individually in the search.

The customer would like to exclude certain articles from the KB search results. Currently, this requires manually navigating to each article to make the change. It would be very helpful if there were an option to update the search visibility in bulk.

We have a mixed project. However, most of our users don't log in before consuming content. So they don't see the private content - even though they can. The idea is to have the ability to at least open the title of the article plus the summary so that all searches return results. If they are interested and click into the search result, they should then be prompted to log in. This ensures that those users who are not logged in can also discover stuff that's behind auth.

In the Advanced Search view, Document360 currently displays filters for Workspaces and Languages, even when a project contains only one Workspace and one Language. This results in unnecessary UI elements that offer no functional value and may confuse users by suggesting additional options that do not exist. Requested Enhancement: Implement logic to automatically hide the Workspace and Language filter sections in the Advanced Search panel whenever there is only one available option for either filter.

Use case: Prospect would like to embed PPT and docs in the articles and expecting to be indexed from the search. Current use case: Similar to PDF users are expecting same behaviour with other Multimedia files as well.

Our reader groups are based on job role and business "need-to-know." We want to know which reader submitted a search that ended with "no results found, and whether the failed search results were caused by a reader searching for content that exists on our knowledge base but is not available to their reader group.

This request has been raised on behalf of Angelo. We are requesting the addition of a category filter on the main search bar. The idea is for the search bar to include a category filter option, allowing users to search within a specific category, similar to the behavior of the LinkedIn search bar.
