This request was created on behalf of Michelle We have diagrams in articles and we would like to show them in an orderly manner and the table is the best way to show them. We are using tables to show the images, however, the image width is resized when resizing the table. We couldn't assign specific width by entering values for the tables and separate the columns equally. For example, when I have 900 width table, I would like to equally divide them and use them in my articles. This way, we can show the images in the correct resolution and clearly. In Sharepoint, we have an option to set columns width by equally dividing the them as shown in the attached screenshot. We would like the the option to set table width and divide them equally. Thank you.

To improve the visual presentation of callouts by providing built-in icons and flexible layout options. Description Currently, the callouts in Document360 have a colored sidebar, heading, and description space, but no built-in icons. While emojis can be manually added, it would be more efficient and visually consistent to have default icons for callouts. The proposed enhancements are: • Default Icons: When selecting a callout type (e.g., Info), an appropriate icon (e.g., an exclamation mark icon ) should be automatically included. • Layout Flexibility: Provide the option to choose between two styles: o Sidebar Layout: Colored sidebar with heading and description as it is today. o Icon Layout: Replace the sidebar and heading with just the icon and one line of text for a cleaner, simpler look. • Icon Consistency: The icons should be similar to the callout selection panel, ensuring a professional and uniform appearance. This will make callouts more visually engaging, user-friendly, and flexible depending on the content’s needs.

Allow me to add an emoji in the article title

The column width edit option seems to be only available as a dragging feature. More precise pixel width becomes very helpful on pages with many tables. Would like to see a PX width option added to columns.

It would ne helpful to have a toggle button on the user site that allows users to expand or collapse all accordions and FAQs within an article in one click.

Due to the default width size, unnecessary white spaces and horizontal scroll bars are added to tables by default. This occurs for small tables as well, creating an unpleasant user experience. Further options for the table size will be helpful.

When attempting to edit an article's code view, the code appears as a large, unformatted block, rendering it difficult to modify. If we use an online tool to format the HTML code and then paste it into the code view, the Advanced WYSIWYG editor fails to accept the well-formatted code, reverting to the original, unformatted version. This issue poses a significant inconvenience for the customer, who relies on editing the article content directly from the code view.

When you create a new table, its width doesn't automatically adjust to 100%, which would make the page responsive. Instead, the table width defaults to the size of the browser window. Even if you switch to Code view and manually set the width to 100%, the change won't be saved and the width will revert to that of the browser window. This behavior should be changed and default to the old implementation.

It will be nice to have some table design and layout options such as: borders colors shading ...

When I need to replace images, I wish I could have that option so all references on all documents are updated. Currently I must upload a new image and go to each document and remove the old image and insert a new image. Things like size and alt text must be redone. This would save so much time.
