It would be valuable to have glossary terms automatically sorted in alphabetical order in Document360. Currently, terms appear in the order they were added, which can make navigation difficult, especially in large glossaries. Suggested Implementation: Option to enable auto-sorting A–Z (and Z–A) in the glossary settings. Alternatively, a "Sort Alphabetically" button to apply sorting manually when needed. Use Cases: Ensuring consistency and easy scanning of terms Helping writers maintain order without manually rearranging entries

It would be very helpful to allow hyperlinks within glossary term definitions in Document360. Currently, glossary entries are limited to plain text, which restricts their usefulness for referencing related concepts, internal articles, or external resources. Suggested Implementation: Enable hyperlink formatting in the definition field (e.g., support for markdown or a basic rich text editor) Allow linking to internal articles, external URLs, or even other glossary terms Use Cases: Linking technical terms to their in-depth documentation Referencing related glossary entries for better cross-understanding Directing users to external standards, tools, or APIs Impact: This would improve navigability, knowledge discovery, and contextual understanding for both writers and readers. It aligns with best practices for technical content and reduces duplication of explanations.

It would be great if we could provide an option to edit the glossary name after it's creation. Currently, we are not providing the ability for the users to edit the glossary name.

The Content field for a glossary term should support inserting variables so that we don't have to change a word or short phrase in multiple places.

Add an additional content field (besides Term and Content). We need to add formulas, which should be separate from the definition. Also, require the ability to use additional special characters in Term (%, $ and others)

Each Glossary term only supports 500 characters. many engineering terms go way beyond this. Need to have more characters. Please do the needful.

When a snippet or glossary term is added to an article and subsequently deleted via the content tools option, the deletion affects only the site, leaving the term intact in the editor. Since the merge codes were removed from the site but not from the editor, we are facing difficulties in identifying the issue, as certain terms were missing on the site while everything appeared to be functioning correctly in the editor.

Include snippets in the glossary so that we can make changes in only one place.

We need the ability to add categories of Glossary terms, so one word can have multiple glossary definitions depending on the subject.

We have following use case: We are creating glossary entries in our knowledge base. But we want to keep them private. That means, we do not want our glossary to be public. It would be great if there is option to make a glosssay private.
