My team really needs to be able to edit this area- also because there are some grammatical mistakes in the built-in feedback options.

Document360 published the following article which points out that getting feedback for knowledge base articles is critical for any successful Help Center. Since Doc360 emphasizes this importance, it would make sense that the company's platform would allow users to customize this area.

Making e-mail mandatory would be useful for us as well. In addition, couldn't/shouldn't the email be pre-populated with the e-mail of the connected user if available?

Yes. For example, it would be helpful if there was a toggle switch (at the admin level) for the reader who made the feedback to receive a copy of the feedback they have made, along with a link to the page.

Yes, it would be nice. Like making the email field mandatory not optional like now. Anonymous feedback is of little help most of the times.

However, due to other priorities, we are unable to prioritize this feature at this time. We'll revisit this request in the future.
