Feature Request

We're missing the option to link from a page in the widget so that the user can share it (since that's the main interface they have nowadways with the docs - through the widget). This functionality is really lacking for us!

would be nice to have this option for the backend as well as the frontend :)

We would like the top header, left sidenav, and right sidebar to have true fixed positions so that the article text is the only content that moves when scrolling through the article. When I scroll down an article, the page header area scrolls out of view. The left sidenav menu and right sidebar (TOC + tags) also move in coordination with that change. We would like for article scrolling to have zero effect on the placement/position of the header, left sidnav, and right sidebar.

we have a few tables within articles that are very long, and users would benefit from being able to scroll down within the table, as when you freeze the top row of a spreadsheet in excel. Is there a way to do that now? If not, this would be great if you could add that capability on a table by table basis. (Not all tables need this.) thanks! mike

I love the broken link list, but am really struggling to tell which link is broken when viewing the specified page in the WYSIWYG editor. Please make it possible to highlight broken link in WYSIWYG view.

ESSENTIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT ON DRIVE I am extremely surprised that the only option that we have to define a new folder location for an asset on the Drive is to manually use single clicks to define new folder location. This is crazy! It look 9 clicks just to move on file into a new folder location. (Pls see image) We have no ability to enter destination path or any other, quicker solution. We need the option to copy and paste a folder path location into a desired location pathway. Even drag and drop is also an option. Development team: Please escalate this request. My apologies if this request is already logged by another user but I could not find an obvious title that raised similar issue without spending too much time finding a similar request.

When reviewing content, If I filter for articles in a certain stage, I should be able to click some kind of next button to get to the next article in review. Right now, it involves several clicks to get to the next article that needs to be addressed.

When I collapse the side navigation in the docs, the search functionality disappears entirely. As a result, users have no way to access the search feature unless they expand the side nav again, which is far from ideal for a user perspective.

I've tried to set my default font to something other than Verdana, but whenever I create a new article or category, it always defaults to Verdana anyway. I need a setting so that the font will show as accurate during editing and I won't have to go through and change everything manually.

We would like to preserve the order of the Table of Contents (TOC) when different heading levels are added. For instance, when multiple H3 headings are present, they appear in the correct order. However, if H4 headings are added after H3, they get indented, disrupting the overall sequence. Our goal is to maintain the order of the headings in the TOC, even when different heading levels (like H3 and H4) are included.
