Hello! It would be nice if there is an option in Settings > Knowledge Base Site > Design for changing brand logos in header when toggling dark mode. It would also be good if there will be a tutorial on how to change the footer brand logo when reader switches to dark mode.

When we verify the custom domain in a project, the "Verify" button remain clickable even if the verification process has already been initiated. At the same time, a "Not verified" message continues to be present on the screen, even if the verification has been initiated. This creates confusion, as multiple people have access to the system, which does not provide information on whether the verification has already been initiated or not. As requested before, we kindly ask you to please ensure that the "Verify" button is obfuscated while the verification process is underway, to ensure that it does not get clicked multiple times and that everybody can ascertain the status of the verification process. Could we explore the option to display a banner indicating "Verification is in progress" to prevent other users from clicking it multiple times? This approach could help avoid any unintended redundancy and improve clarity for all users involved in the verification process.

When we change the title of an article, it doesn't update the SEO title. It's too much manual work whenever we change any title. Given that we're changing it, it means that we'd like it to be displayed with the updated version. This process should be automated.

The customer wants to use multiple sub-domains for their project. Our documentation states that we support configuring a single sub-domain (e.g., help.redcanary.com ). However, the customer would like to serve the documentation on multiple sub-domains (e.g., docs.redcanary.com and help.redcanary.com ).

It would be great if the text in the activation emails could be changed especially as we don't use doc360 in English for our readers

Sometimes several people work on the custom css tool and overwrite each other's work. Would be great to be able to revert back to a version of the code.

Can you split Automatically set article status into two toggles? Automatically set article New status Automatically set article Update status As we would only like to auto turn on New status. And decide whether an update to an article warrants putting it into Update status.

For collaborators, supervisors and other stakeholders, it would improve the overall quality being able to choose to get any sort of article updates - sort of "subscribing"/following a specific article rather than a specific action or user. E.g. if a team works on something together and need to stay updated on procedures and relevant documents in that department
