I would like to use a folder manager to restructure the categories and articles in our knowledge base. Now, if I select an article, it opens automatically, which can take a while. Also, if I move something from one category to another, the system refreshes and only shows the category I moved the category or article to. This would work similarly to File Explorer in Windows and let you easily change the structure of your knowledge base. This would also include the ability to move multiple articles at once. This would be very useful, especially when working with large categories that need to be updated and expanded regularly. For example, we have a couple of categories where we store code snippets for specific tables in our end product. These categories are at their limit, and if I need to add one or more snippets, I need to move articles over one by one from one category to another. This is a very time-consuming task, as the system doesn't seem as snappy with larger categories as with smaller ones. I have found out I can do this by going to the all articles overview and filtering by category but this is not very user friendly and I think this solution would definitely add customer value for your product. Let me know if you have questions. I'd be happy to explain further during a call. Thanks!
