It would be great if we have the ability to close the left category pane by default in the user website 2.0.

Currently, for private and mixed projects we are adding a SAS token for the media files. After the SAS token expiry if we try to access the media files we are getting an error message as attached. It would be great if we display the message "Refresh the article page and then access the media file" to provide more clarity for the end users.

Customers working on large, deeply structured documentation projects often need to review their entire project—including all articles and subcategories—in a cohesive manner before publishing. Currently, the preview functionality only allows viewing one article at a time, making it cumbersome for users with extensive documentation to verify the content structure, flow, and hierarchy. Need options to preview the entire project.

Currently, if the "Export to PDF" option is enabled, in the user website users has to click three dots and then click the "Export PDF" option. It would be great if we could add it as a direct clickable button if that is the only feature enabled within more option (similar to site 1.0)

Hi, Very often we are having challenges in the middle pane i.e. the Reading pane where most of the content is read by customers. When we use graphics or cool icons more than 3, a scroll bar is added automatically and customers need to scroll it to check the 4th icon. Many other doc sites provide this feature, where the Right TOC can be easily closed or moved. Sample link from Amazon doc portal, for reference. You can easily close the Right TOC. When clicking on a specific category, all opened categories should be collapsed and the clicked category should be expanded with articles.

A user who has not logged in tries to click the private version (here Studio version) it should prompt with a login page instead it gives a 404 page which confuses the user.

Currently, the left nav-bar can be either open or closed. Some users have reported that when they are working on a smaller screen (e.g. a laptop), they'd still like to see the nav-bar, but make it narrower, to have more space for the article on their screen.

When someone 'follows' an article, they get an email each time it is updated. Can we customise the format of the templates for this? We would like something more specific as we are encouraging people to follow our 'how to upgrade' package where we publish links to the newest package.

Incorporate a ChatBot using OpenAI to provide a chat-based interface to each customer Document360 knowledge base. We have created a trial to see the feasibility.
