Feature Request

We request that the Document360 Knowledge Base site to achieve WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance. This upgrade will ensure the KB site meets the latest accessibility standards and reduces the compliance issues during accessibility validation and audits.

This request is raised to improve favicon handling for private and mixed projects by storing the favicon as a public, stable asset. This will ensure third-party integrations such as Jira Service Management can continuously access the favicon without the URL expiring.

Request to add an option to copy or export table content directly from the knowledge base site, particularly for users who need to reuse the information in Excel or other external tools. Site currently has table filtering capabilities but no convenient way to copy the filtered table data. An option such as “Copy Table” or “Export to Excel/CSV” would make it easier to extract and reuse structured information from documentation.

The primary navigation only supports static link-type items. There is no built-in way to add a navigation item that reflects a live, dynamically updating status, such as a colored indicator sourced from an external status page. Suggested enhancement: Add a new primary navigation item type that supports a dynamically updating visual indicator (for example, a status dot with configurable color states) driven by a specified external endpoint, with the same position and reorder controls available to other native nav item types. Benefit: Admins could add live status indicators to their knowledge base header without writing or maintaining custom scripts, and reposition the indicator freely using the same drag-and-drop controls available for other navigation items.

In addition to seeing what article was changed, I would like to allow users to see how the article changed. If it is a longer article, it does not need to be reread, only the changes.

We would like the option for users with team accounts to be able to follow articles/categories on private workspaces. We have an internal knowledge base and team members should also be able to follow articles/categories on the site so they can receive notifications when something has been added.

In the recently added AI actions (Open in ChatGPT, Open in Claude), the default prompt is static "Explain this article". It'd be great to be able to modify this prompt to align with our brand, tone of voice, and user goals for the documentation.

The customer has requested a feature to better protect Knowledge Base articles from being captured through screen recording. This feature would help customers with sensitive or confidential documentation improve content protection and reduce unauthorised distribution.

We really like the new Follow feature released with Document360 2.0. However, we have encountered a situation where the Follow button is replaced with the Edit Article button when logged into a Team Account. There are many scenarios where someone with a Team Account may want to follow an article to stay updated with any changes or updates, without necessarily needing to edit the article. It would be helpful if the Follow button was also available to Team Account users, allowing them to track article changes while maintaining their current permissions.

We have many articles that are at the first level of the category. But breadcrumbs are displayed only if there is a second category. This creates a very poor visual experience. when the breadcrumbs appear suddenly and don't show at all in other times. Since each article is in a category, we should show the category and the name of the article even if there's only one level
