We need to reference tags in the API. Please make this possible.

Currently, the TryIt section in Document360 API documentation does not support multiple security schemes simultaneously for a single endpoint. This causes an issue where parameters, which must be provided together in API requests, are treated as optional alternatives. It would be really helpful to allow multiple security schemes to be used simultaneously in the TryIt section.

Currently there are no API endpoints to access analytics, which is vital functionality to extend reporting functionality and integrate it the insights into other tools.

The client is looking for a straight forward approach to get all the articles via API. It should include the latest version of the article with the content.

The only way to get an article's tags from the API is the GET /v2/Articles/{id}/settings endpoint (or similar) one at a time. I need to fetch tags for each article in a batch. Please include tags in article summary lists. For example in GET /v2/Categories/{id} please add "tags" at data.articles[index].tags: string[]

There is possibility of using the “Gets an article” with the “ArticleID” parameter. I need to call a parameter with a tag (articletag)

The current Document360 API does not capture the status of an article, limiting automation and integration capabilities. This enhancement request aims to include article status in API responses, enabling users to: Retrieve article status (Draft, In Review, Published, etc.) via API. Improve workflow automation by tracking content progress programmatically. Enable seamless integration with third-party tools for content governance and reporting.

As a reusable piece of content, it's a very useful item to be able to GET for other applications

The current seach KB api includes the category ID and not the category(s) name(s). We would like to be able to retrieve the categories names via API as wel. Thanks.

At this stage in the API when the we search for a keyword that is avalable inside a closed Accordian, the search does not automatically scroll to the right part. It would be really helpful for the search to automatically expand the Accordian section and automatically scroll down to the right section as per the search keywords.
