It's really important to be able to translate only edited content (or only changes made) to an article, rather than re-translating the entire article each time it goes through machine translation.

Requirement:
Currently, when an article is machine translated and later updated in the default language, the translation must be re-triggered to reflect the updated content in other languages.
However, upon retranslation, translation credits are consumed for the entire article instead of only the newly added or modified (delta) content.
Expected Improvement:
Translation credits should be utilized only for the updated or modified portion of the content, rather than for the full article during retranslation.
Impact:
- Prevents unnecessary credit consumption
- Reduces costs for projects with frequent content updates
- Improves efficiency for multilingual knowledge base management
Kindly consider implementing delta-based translation credit calculation for retranslated articles.
