When an article is updated, it appears in the What's New section (it is nice there is an option on whether you want it to appear or not). If that article has been replicated, let's say in 2 other places as an example, then the article shows up in What's New 3 times. I believe there is a breadcrumb available to figure out which article you want to choose for the category you are working in, but it cuts off after the first category. I understand why it is showing up so many times, but if the full breadcrumb would show, I think that would be more understandable to the users, and at least a good reason to advise why it is showing so many times.
