If users click the dislike button by mistake, clicking it again should undo the action.

We have a public site and if people leave their feedback anonymously we have no idea who they were or how to tell them that we made a change from their feedback. We want to enforce leaving an email with feedback.

When readers provide feedback, would be nice to be able to customize the options available.

When assigning feedback to someone in the Feedback Manager, it would be really helpful to be able to add a comment. We currently have to track feedback in another doc or through email chains in order to capture any additional information. For example, we often need to share details such as suggested updates based on the feedback, technical details from the team, actions that have already been taken, etc.

We would like to further customize the feedback for that appears at the bottom of the article. Specifically, we would like to have the option to remove or rearrange the questions that appear. For example, we would like to remove the "Was this article helpful?" question and instead display only the "How can we improve this article?" question + comment box. With the way the feedback widget works right now, we are concerned that readers will not realize that they can give written feedback. However, if the comment box were visible by default, we would have the chance to capture more information from our readers.

We need changes for the feedback template. I have indicated numbers on the screenshot. 1: Possibility to remove the placeholder: since the field already has a tag, the placeholder is simply repeating. 2: Others: should be other (others is only for people, not objects/issues) email should be email address (we make a difference between 'email' (the message) and email address.

If I want to contact the user of a feedback then the only option is to reply and close, I would like as per here that I can used planned, etc as per the status's available in the feedback manager

From ScriptSave.com : End user is raising a question by giving a feedback in an article. It will be seen in the feedback manager section. We can configure a notification mapping so that the users can be notified. What customer requesting here is, the article contributers should be automatically notified when someone submits a feedback.
