Custom Feedback Labels:
The customer would like the ability to add their own custom labels in the feedback form (in addition to or instead of the current default options like “Needs more information,” “Difficult to understand,” etc.). This will help them tailor the feedback options to their content and get more relevant responses.
Make the comment field mandatory (so users must enter a description) instead of choosing default labels.
Mandatory Email Field for Dislikes:
The customer would like an option to make email ID entry mandatory when users submit a dislike. This will enable them to identify and follow up with the user for clarity or further assistance.
These enhancements would help the customer get more actionable feedback and resolve user issues more effectively.
