Search Within Discussion & History:
-> Enable the search functionality in Feedback Manager to include results from the Discussion & History section of feedback items.
-> This will help users easily locate feedback based on internal references (e.g., Jira ticket numbers) added in comments.
Include Comments in CSV Export:
-> Add an option to include Discussion & History comments in the CSV export of feedback items.
-> This ensures that relevant context, such as internal tracking notes, is preserved when feedback data is exported.
Add Custom Free-Form Field:
->Introduce a custom free-form text field in feedback items where users can enter additional details (e.g., internal ticket numbers, URLs, or notes).
->Ensure that this custom field is included in the CSV export to support downstream processing and tracking.
