Currently, in the Feedback section, the badge/indicator displayed reflects the total count of feedback items. However, the customer expects the badge to function similarly to email notifications, where only the new or unread items are counted and displayed.

Additionally, once an item is actioned or marked as addressed, the count should be reduced accordingly to reflect the remaining pending items, instead of continuing to show the overall total.
