Increase character limit for feedback

Currently there is a 500 character limit to write comments in the feedback section. This is often insufficient. If the limit was substantially increased, the feedback management system would a be a lot more effective.

A higher character limit would make the feedback tool much more helpful for us if it was something like 2000 - 5000 characters.
It would also be great if there was an option to add images / attachments.
