Feature Request

Document360 currently allows exporting articles only as PDF files, while importing requires only .docx files. This breaks the workflow for moving content between Sandbox and Production. Supporting PDF imports, in addition to .docx, would resolve the inconsistency and enable a smoother, bidirectional content migration process.

Create, update and more importantly deletion of users and groups when connected into Azure AD

The way the inline comments work today does not allows us to work through article edits easily. We need to be able to - 1. write comments for published articles withouth the need to set it to EDIT. we don't like that comments are deleted upon publishing. When replying to comments or using emoticons, the comment creator does not get notified. and we need them to be. Anyone should be able to resolve comments, and not only the comment creator.

Matching case when doing find and replace is a basic option of the function. It has little usefulness without this option.

As far as I can tell, comments in which I've been mentioned appear only as email notifications. I'd like to see all comments, and especially all comments that mention me, in a feed within the Document360 portal.

The article title should be locked in place and remain visible when scrolling. I often find myself wondering which article I'm working in.

Currently, code blocks don't have line numbers. I'd like to include line numbers so that I can refer and explain specific line sections (for example, lines 9-16, etc) in documentation

In Block Editor, the image captions don't look like captions. They look like regular paragraph text. Please style the captions so that they look like the captions in the WYSIWYG Editor: Italic Slightly smaller font size than the p tag Attaching a screenshot to show the difference between the captions in the 2 editors.
