When Page Help is configured as the fallback for URLs without an article mapping, Preserve Last Viewed Article currently takes precedence. As a result, the widget may continue displaying the previously viewed article when users navigate to a new, unmapped page.
This can lead to a confusing navigation experience, as users may see content that is unrelated to the page they are currently viewing.
Suggested improvement: Prioritize the Page Help fallback over Preserve Last Viewed Article when the current URL does not have an article mapping.

We understand the issue where Preserve Last Viewed Article takes precedence over the Page Help fallback, which can result in users seeing content unrelated to the page they are currently viewing.
This enhancement is planned, and we are also exploring a workaround for the current behavior. We'll share the workaround once it is confirmed.
