Feature Request

When search finds the keyword(s) in an accordion, the accordion should be open by default when user goes to that article.

This feature should enable searching / AI searching through the content of embedded files. This functionality would be an absolute gamechanger when it comes to navigating through the many internal documents we have uploaded up there. This provides extra value vs .pdf, or potential .ppt / .doc searches developed. The key difference - Google Docs / Slides / Sheets can be updated in real time, while .pdf or other "static" formats would need to be re-uploaded each time whenever we do even a small change.

Could you make the terms from the Glossary appear in the search results? Often people search for the meaning of abbreviations using the search bar so it would be useful if the term from the Glossary appeared in the search results.

When searching for an article in the editor, when we click the search icon, and the search box is displayed, there's an additional wasted click to get the cursor inside the search box. Ideally, I'd like to click the Search box and start typing. The cursor should automatically go to the search box because that's what anyone clicking the search icon would want to do.

It would be very helpful to be able to do a case-sensitive search. A previous author in our project used some odd capitalization practices, and I'm trying to track down all of those instances to change them.

Enable the option to have the replicated version of articles also appear in the search. It is important in our system that articles appear in several categories but also appear individually in the search.

We have multiple projects and we have customers who may use only some of the products. The capability right now is that we can enable search across projects (which works great for those who use all our products) But for those who don't, we'd want a way to contextualize the search filter to only the products that they have access to.

It would be extremely useful to be able to search using Search Operators. (e.g., OR, AND, "", *, etc.) to make searches more precise. For reference> https://ahrefs.com/blog/google-advanced-search-operators/

Some users prefer using keyword search instead of prompting. However, when they click on a search result to view an article and then go back, the search input and results are cleared. This interrupts the flow and forces users to retype their query. Suggestion: Keep the search results active after viewing an article, similar to how other search engines work. This would better support users who rely on keyword-based navigation.

When a user performs a search through the search bar and clicks on an article page, this query parameter gets appended to the URL ("?highlight="). Two feature requests (pick 1): Can we simply link the user to the canonical version of the URL (i.e. not use "?highlight=")? If we have to use query parameters, can we set a "rel=canonical" in the source code so that Google doesn't see multiple variations of our article pages?
