Enable Glossary Terms to be Indexed and Searchable

Domestic Lobster
Currently, glossary terms are not included in the search index, while custom fields and tags are searchable. Customers would like glossary entries to participate in search results across the knowledge base and feedback portal experience. This would improve discoverability of key terminology, definitions, and product-specific language without requiring users to navigate directly to the glossary section.

Thank you for sharing this feedback.
We understand the value of making glossary terms searchable across the knowledge base and feedback portal experience. Including glossary entries in the search index could improve the discoverability of important terminology, definitions, and product-specific concepts, helping users find relevant information more efficiently without needing to navigate directly to the glossary section.
This enhancement request is currently under review by our product team. We will evaluate the use case, potential impact on search relevance, and overall user experience as part of our ongoing product planning process.
We appreciate the detailed context and will keep this request under consideration for a future update.

As a bonus to the request above, it would be great to see glossary terms defined if a person searches for it.
Example: If the glossary term was "Widget" and a user searched either "Widget" or "Widget meaning", the search results would display a top result that lists the glossary term in-line, similar to the way Google displays a word definition (see screenshot).
