Integration with Azure DevOps so we can build a KB around releases, pipeline setups, artifacts etc.

One of our customers requested this integration: Responsive.io is a tool used by their sales team to manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective clients. Various employees collaborate within Responsive.io to answer questions about their product, partners, and related topics. Much of the required information is stored in Document360. Currently, they need to switch between the two tools to manually retrieve relevant content from Document360 and input it into Responsive.io . They are exploring the possibility of integrating Document360 with Responsive.io , allowing them to pull relevant content directly from Document360 into Responsive.io to streamline their RFP response process.

We use the Jira Service Desk ( https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/features/service-desk ) for support requests and as a help desk. It would be awesome if we could integrate that into your ticket deflector. The ticket deflection currently only supports Freshdesk & Zendesk. (Note: This is different from other requests regarding Jira integration that I found, which ask for integration of the article workflow.)

Integration with Popular project management tools such as JIRA, Trello etc. To bring in key data and information around projects and deliveries.

Currently, Document360 supports one-way synchronization with GitHub. It would be great to have a two-way sync feature, where changes made in Document360 are also pushed to GitHub. This would streamline workflows and ensure content is consistently updated across both platforms.

We are using https://phrase.com/ for translations in our organisation. It would be great if it could be integrated with our Knowledge Base. Thanks

Many of our users need to see a big picture. This is made possible using workflows that are built on tools like draw.io . Here's an example - https://support.whatfix.com/docs/understandingthewhatfixworkflow . It would be great to be able to create these from inside Document360 - using Draw.io .

Figure a way to integrate with Zendesk in a manner where when end users try to open a ticket on Zendesk, and type in a query, they should see any relevant support article on the platform. This is a current ability for Zendesk, but possible only if we buy their KB as well.

One of our customers have requested that while integrating Document360 with Freshdesk using the Document360 API token, the users would like to disable the "Create Article" option shown in the Freshdesk UI. Currently it seems like there is no option to achieve it during the integration process and also after the integration is complete.
