A lot of our documentation is written by developers, and they're used to and prefer using a local editor. The ability to do bidirectional syncing (like GitBook) with a GitHub repo would be invaluable.

Snippets are not getting translated. They have to be manually exported and handled outside the crowdin integration. Real pain.

Integration of Fresh service with Document360. Display a Tile for Freshservice in the Extensions Screen As a Document360 user, I want to see a tile for Freshservice in the extensions screen so that I can easily access and use the Freshservice extension. Generate API Key within the Freshservice Extension As a Document360 user, I need a way to generate an API key within the Freshservice extension to install and configure the app in the Freshservice platform. Page Category Loading Issue within Freshservice Widget As a Document360 user, I expect the page categories to load efficiently within the Freshservice widget to streamline my user experience. Internal Links Navigation Redirection Issue As a Document360 user, I want internal links to redirect properly without loading the user site inside the Freshservice widget to ensure a seamless navigation experience. Reordered Versions Display Issue As a Document360 user, I want to reorder versions to display correctly in the version dropdown to accurately reflect the changes I made. Newly Established Categories Display Issue As a Document360 user, I want newly established categories to immediately appear in the article creation’s category dropdown to enhance my article categorization process. Version and Language Dropdown Size Uniformity As a Document360 user, I want the version and language dropdowns to be of the same size for a uniform and aesthetically pleasing interface. Document360 Loading Time within Freshservice As a Document360 user, I want the application to load faster within Freshservice to improve my user experience and productivity. Toaster Message and Label Text Case Convention As a Document360 user, I want both the toaster message and label text to adhere to the camel case convention for consistency and readability. Relative Path Links Navigation Error from Reply Window As a Document360 user, I want to navigate through relative path links from the reply window without encountering errors to ensure an uninterrupted workflow.

I recently tried to add the slack extension to my project and ran into an issue. When I reached out to the doc360 support team I was informed that the Slack extension is not actually available in the US data center where my project is hosted. Slack is a widely used communication tool in the US and advertised as something you offer. Please make it available to all your users.

No custom integration I add is available on the search results page. I need detailed analytics for users who use the search. Please enable page selection/limitations for custom integrations.

Integration with Confluence would be a huge value add. OR import capability for DOC and PDF files at the least since those are formats to which Confluence exports pages. Currently, copying and pasting formatted text adds a lot of junk to the HTML. So we have to paste as plain text and then go through all the formatting again.
