No custom integration I add is available on the search results page. I need detailed analytics for users who use the search. Please enable page selection/limitations for custom integrations.

Hi nur - We already provide good amount integrations with the leading analytics platforms using our integrations. We already have Hotjar integration where you can use your own custom script to track the user behavior. Please try and let us know if this suffice your purpose.

Hi nur, There are three requests in the feedback; could you please elaborate on these in greater detail? It will be very helpful for a better understanding.
- Customer integration on search result page
- Detailed analytics for users
- Page selection/limitations for customer integration.
nur
Marshal Ebinezar: I want to add a custom integration on the search results page to add an analytics tool. So the request is to be able to add any custom integration on the search results page.
Marshal Ebinezar
nur: In this case, the search details can be observed on our analytics page.
Settings-> analytics->Search.
There are three metrics shown in the Search bar graph:
Searches: Number of searches performed by users on the selected project version.
Users: Number of unique users who have used the search feature for the selected project version.
No result searches: Number of searches performed by users on selected project version that did not return any results.
The analytics information can be filtered by project version and date at the top of the search page.
We do not currently have any direct options for integrating the analytics tool on the search page. If you could tell us what analytics you use, that would be great we can take alook.
nur
Marshal Ebinezar: These analytics are not sufficient to deduct a user behavior analysis for us. We'd like to integrate Hotjar and our own script (Insider) for personalization and customization capabilities.
We want to see:
- What users do after they land on the results page
- What they do if it is a no-result query
- Whether they make a new search if it is a no-result query
- Whether they click one of the results
- Whether they make one more search before clicking a result
- Whether they open multiple results for one single query
- How much time they spend on the results
- Whether they use the pagination to be able to find a relevant result
nur
Marshal Ebinezar Can you please confirm if the metrics we request are feasible with your analytics dashboard?
