Feature Request

When you add a callout, the title becomes a h4 (header 4) format by default which adds the callout title to the article Table of Contents whether we want it or not. We don't always want headers, or the h4 designation doesn't align with the rest of our content. It would be better for the title to be a standard paragraph, perhaps with strong (bold) format.

I have been asking for this feature for many many years. It is the most basic of features. Currently, internal links (aka bookmarks) are linked to the toc settings. This means it is only possible to share links to an h3 or h4 if h3 and h4 are included in Article Settings > Show Table of Contents. Please provide a method (example could be a paperclip icon) that allows h3 and h4 headings to be shared and linked to without having to enable all h3 and h4s in the toc

I'm not seeing anything in Doc360 for hot keys, or shortcuts. Specifically in toolbars for editing articles. It's a little annoying that when creating content I have to jump to the mouse every time I want to add a link, a divider, a table, etc... Is there any intent to add hot keys in the future? I came from using Confluence and while I love almost everything about Doc360 better, Confluence did have really nice tools for building articles. Perhaps check them out for some inspiration. Thanks!

As far as I used Document360, I notice whenever I switching between code view to display view, it would rolled back up to the top of the article. Its a bit hindering our work to scroll all over the article once more to find the exact content we want to replace and make some change. Other complain I would like to say is how numbering in the list doesn't adjusted properly to the font that is set to the document despite using the select all + changing font and font size. Also copy-paste a certain content despite using 'paste and match style' it doesn't actually match up the style in the article. I hope this editing features can be adjusted soon. Thank you
