Feature Request

For templates, you show "Last updated by", but for audit purposes, this info should be available for all content reuse items. Also, "Created by" should be listed for all content reuse items.

Please release a revision history feature for snippets in the same way that documents have a revision history. I have been asked multiple times lately for information that was in an older version of a document, unfortunately our SOPs are created with nothing but snippets, so I have no way to find out what the old data was at this point.

We use snippets for small sets of instructions that are included throughout our documentation. I'd like to be able to include variables such as buttons and field labels within the snippets.

In addition to articles, I would like to see the templates where a snippet is used when I click View.

It would be nice if snippets weren't a forced paragraph block element, and could thus be used inline.

We currently have 130 snippets and over 500 documents that contain these snippets The only possibility to update all our documents is to launch an update on each of the snippets. tedious! It would be useful to implement a function that allows updating in one click

We have some very long named snippets that version 2 just doesn't allow us to continue with our standard naming convention for snippets due to a character limit that does not appear to be an issue or limitation in the regular version of Document360

We use a lot of snippets and it is inconvenient that we are unable to rename a snippet. I would like to have the option to rename a snippet or create a second copy of an existing snippet. It is time consuming to create a new snippet and delete the existing one when all I need to do is rename it.

I would like "editable" snippets or a feature where my KB is searched while I type and suggestions are offered in a drop-down or otherwise (like auto-suggest). I find myself copying and pasting a lot, which seems backwards in a modern KB tool. Content reuse at the sentence or paragraph level should be improved. In addition, I would like to be able to highlight text and choose "Add snippet" instead of having to go to Snippets and creating the text there.

With hundreds of snippets to have to scroll through it would be very handy if on the snippet page you can make folders and move snippets to and from folders, it would be a lot better to have say a page of 5-20 folder to easily find the snippet(s) you want than to scroll through hundreds of them, especially as there is no search bar on the snippets page either!
