Feature Request

Whenever someone tags someone else in an article's discussion tab, notifying them to perform some action on a document, it would be useful to be able to see all mentions. This is a common approach for most software with the ability to communicate with other users. An email is sent when someone mentions, but if that email is lost or mistakenly marked as read, it may be missed. Having a place in the portal to show all mentions, would alleviate this issue and allow better management of documents.

We want to be able to track article comments from within the product, not just when a team member is listed in the comment - whether the comment was closed or still needs relating to, etc.

When adding a discussion, it is not possible to edit the comment I added. It should be allowed to edit the discussion comments

When you are writing a message in the discussion of a page, and you change the page, that draft should be kept.

Currently, recent comments appear at the end of the list. This becomes an issue when the list starts to grow. Maybe it makes sense to have the latest comment on the top so the reviewer does not need to scroll. In case they need to scroll, they can always scroll down. Another way is maybe find a way to attach a list of comments to a particular version of the document. Right now, we see the entire thread. Maybe all of these need to be configurable.
