Feature Request

The recommendations from Automated business glossary should apply only to the text of the article and not consider any heading tags, image captions, filenames, links. Currently, it is also replacing the file names and links which causes 404 error in the user site.

When using the Step-by-Step or Recording feature in FloikAI, please allow a second browser window or tab to be captured as part of the same process. Currently: After selecting a browser to record, FloikAI only captures actions within that single browser instance. When a workflow opens a secondary browser window, tab, or screen, the system does not capture it because it cannot identify the new context. Requested improvement: Enable FloikAI to detect and capture actions across multiple browser windows or tabs during a single recording session. Ensure seamless continuity when a workflow naturally transitions to a secondary screen (e.g., authentication flows, external systems, pop-ups). Benefit: This enhancement would improve the accuracy of recorded workflows and better support real-world, multi-step user journeys that span more than one browser context.

I would like AI that looks at my entire KB and makes suggestions for improvements, both text and structure, based on best practices or criteria that I can define. Ideally, it could also read and interpret screenshots. Perhaps even an agent that can make changes that I can approve or reject (beyond just finding and fixing inconsistencies in writing, but that would be a good start). Kind of like an expert AI Technical Writer & Information Architect Agent.
