We use the Zoho ecosystem extensively: Desk for tickets, CRM for managing & communication with clients, and SalesIQ for live chat. I would love to see an integration so we don't have to copy/paste links or words from Doc360 into various areas of Zoho. Can you develop an integration with Zoho?
