Add the ability to assign an article or sections of an article to more than one reviewer at a time. There are some documents which require multiple SMEs to review separate sections of an article. It would be more efficient if multiple SMEs/Reviewers could be assigned the same article simultaneously and work on their respective sections in tandem with one another. Having to pass it from one person to the next creates bottlenecks and extends the amount of time an article needs to stay in review.
