When an article is moved from one stage back to a former stage, it should automatically get un assigned from the previous person.

Description : The customer would like to assign an article to the last writer when the workflow status is pushed to the previous status.
The writer who creates the article isn't the one who peer reviews. So when it is pushed back, it would be good to assign it to the last writer in that stage.

Document360 supports configuring default assignees for each workflow status. When an article moves to a different status, the assignee is determined by the configuration for that status, and the previous status's assignee is not retained unless configured for the new status.
We recommend configuring the appropriate default assignees for each workflow stage to achieve the expected assignment behavior.
