Visibility of the conditional content for team accounts on the site

This request was created on behalf of Yani
At this time, when we apply conditional content based on Reader groups, the team accounts are unable to view the content in the site.
We would like the content to be visible regardless of the crieteria set.
Thank you.

Hi Yani Karthikeyan,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and explaining the use case clearly.
Currently, conditional content visibility on the published site is controlled by Reader Group criteria — meaning that only readers matching the assigned condition can view that content. By design, team accounts (internal users) do not bypass these visibility rules, as the system applies the same access filters to ensure accurate preview and access control.
That said, we understand your request to allow team accounts to view all conditional content regardless of the applied criteria, especially for review, QA, or content validation purposes.
We’ll evaluate the feasibility of introducing an option that allows team users (e.g., Admins, Editors, or Owners) to preview or access all conditional content on the live site. This enhancement will be added to our product backlog to measure interest from other customers and prioritize it accordingly.
Thank you again for highlighting this — it’s a valid and useful suggestion to improve internal visibility and workflow efficiency for documentation teams.
