Enable tagging of multiple reviewers for articles in the review stage to facilitate collaborative review and feedback.
Description
Currently, only one reviewer can be assigned to an article at a time in the review stage. Attempting to add an additional reviewer overrides the previous reviewer’s assignment, limiting the collaborative review process. Enhancing this functionality to allow multiple reviewers to be assigned simultaneously would streamline the review workflow by enabling input from several reviewers.
Proposed Solution:
Add the option to tag multiple reviewers for a single article.
Display all tagged reviewers in the review stage interface.
This feature would improve the review process, making it more flexible and conducive to collaborative efforts.

Require Assignee When Changing Workflow Status

Make the Assignee field mandatory whenever a user transitions an issue/ticket into a new workflow status.
Currently, users can change the workflow status of an item without assigning an owner.
When a user selects or transitions an item to a new workflow status:
If Assignee is empty, prevent the status change.
-> Prompt the user with a message such as:
“Please assign an owner before moving this item to this status.”
->Only allow the transition once an Assignee is selected.

Thanks for raising this. Your request to enforce ownership during workflow transitions aligns with best-practice governance and helps eliminate unassigned work in motion.
We’re already implementing a workflow enhancement that allows configuring a default assignee for specific statuses. Once that capability is live, it should largely address your need by automatically assigning ownership during transition and reducing unassigned cases.
