At this time, we can only trigger an event when a set of readers is imported using the Import Reader option.

We would like to receive a notification when other team accounts add a reader to the project. Since we are two teams working separately, it would greatly help with efficiency and coordination if the customer experience team is notified when the customer support team adds a new reader.
