Trigger Webhook notification for an article update under specific Category

Currently, webhook notifications can only be enabled for all articles. Please add support for configuring webhook notifications for articles update under a specific category.
This will allow users to trigger webhooks only when articles are published/updated within selected categories rather than receiving notifications for all articles.
