We would like to establish a 90-day review cadence for a pool of critical articles and would like better visibility into the review history to help prioritize articles that have gone the longest without a review.
Currently, Document360 does not track or display the last reviewed date for an article, nor does it retain review metadata when an article is marked as reviewed. We would like the ability to:
  1. View the last reviewed date for each article.
  2. Track who reviewed the article and when it was reviewed.
  3. Retain this review information as part of the article's metadata or history for audit and investigation purposes.
  4. Use the last reviewed date to identify and prioritize articles that have gone the longest without a review.
  5. Ideally, use this information alongside the Review Reminder feature to proactively manage their 90-day review cadence.
This functionality would help the customer anticipate which critical articles require attention and maintain a clear review history for compliance and audit purposes.
