We'd like to be able to change the URL that's shown for ticket deflector so that we needn't have /ticket-deflector/ in the path, for aesthetic reasons.

This is a high-priority need for us as well. Seeing "ticket deflector" in the breadcrumbs and in the URL is not friendly to our users.

I couldn't agree with this more. Not only does it say Ticket Deflector in the URL, but also in the breadcrumbs. Since launching this I've had multiple people at my company reach out to me assuming it was an accident, asking me to change it.

Bronze Lion: Simply put, we'd prefer not to have "ticket-deflector" in the URL as we don't want customers to see this. We'd like to be able to customise the URL that ticket deflector is served on, or at least we'd like the default path to be something more palatable to customers (e.g. "/contact-us")
