Would it be possible to implement categories and subcategories (also made with page type) into a template system?

Every time we onboard a new client I have to manually make each of the categories and pages from scratch which is quite time consuming, which could be easier if pages could be templated and even easier if the whole folder structure could be templated.

In the screenshot attached is an example client with all of the categories, sub categories, and pages I have to set up every time.

There is not currently a way to template a page category at all, you cant use a snippet as that information will not be editable on an individual basis, you can't use a template as that only works for an article, and articles cannot be made at the root level, nor can articles be converted to a page category (which in and of itself is a separate function that would also be useful).
