will there be an option to select a text (eg in a ticket/mail from customer) rightclick > Start AI Search to get suggestion for helpful KB articles fitting to the selected text?
is there a shortcut code like // in text boxes in the browser to open an inline ai search (and paste a KB article link or ai search answer - in the textbox)?
