Team account-Document360 account to SSO account conversion should retain the portal,content access and contributions

When a team account is converted, from a Document360 account to an SSO account, the portal, content access and the contributions made by that user are not retained. All the contributions are marked as anonymous.
This is time-consuming to provide access once again to the same user and loss of contributions being revoked is a huge area of concern.
We appreciate you taking the necessary actions to avoid this and make the necessary changes to retain access and contributions.

One of our customers Ginger orange Herring shared the following feedback
When we had an SSO issue that was fixed shortly after and Doc360 required every account to be recreated so I've lost all documents/work/progress that was made so now all our docs have this banner on them. I don't have the time to go back in and fix them - this is a poor and frustrating user experience.
